Summer..

Every once in a while, you find a great summer dress for under a 100 bucks, and this is one of them... I love the pattern and romantic ruffle trim, and somehow.......It makes me think of tropical islands, white sand, turquoise ocean and colorful cocktails with mini umbrellas...
